IN ORDER TO MAKE A PURCHASE
We will retain your personal data until the purchase is fulfilled and fully complete (this includes delivery and payment) and for 36 months thereafter in order to handle any complaints. Please note that a time-frame of 30 days can be added due to administration.
The retain of your personal data is necessary for us in order to fulfil our commitments in accordance with the purchase agreement. If personal data can not be given, we will not be able to fulfil our commitments and therefore the purchase will be denied.

In the event of a transfer of Data outside the EU/EEA initiated by the Processor, the Processor shall upon the Controller’s request demonstrate that a valid legal ground applies to the transfer.

We aim to treat your personal data according to EU/ESS. In some cases we may be forced to transfer the information to a land outside of EU/ESS, given that there are legal grounds for it.

HOW DO WE HANDLE SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS?
When you are completing a purchase at Baron Collection AB and choose to pay with Klarna, you will be asked to type in your social security number. When and if you choose to pay with Klarna at Baron Collection AB and type in your social security number, it is directly being sent to Klarna. Baron Collection AB does not treat or store your social security number, even though it is being typed in to Baron Collection AB’s website.
